01Local Delivery — Within 10 Miles

Local orders are delivered directly by our own team. All standard delivery is free on orders over £25.

02Outside 10 Miles

Orders delivered outside our 10-mile local radius go out next day via courier — dispatched with a delivery partner such as Evri, Royal Mail, or another courier service depending on destination and parcel size. Every local order is still handled in-house by our own team; couriers are only used once you’re outside the 10-mile zone.

03Age Verification On Delivery

All our products are age-restricted. Whoever accepts the delivery — locally or via courier — must be 18 or over and may be asked to show valid photo ID. If we or our courier can’t confirm the recipient is old enough, the order will not be handed over.

04Delivery Areas

We deliver across the UK with no delivery exclusions. Anything outside our 10-mile local radius is dispatched with a courier partner (Evri, Royal Mail, or similar) — wherever you are in the UK, we’ll get it to you. If you’re unsure whether you’re inside our local 10-mile zone, give us a call before you order — we’ll tell you straight.

05Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your local delivery hasn’t arrived by end of day, or your courier tracking looks stuck, contact us immediately — see below. We’ll chase it down and sort it.

06Click & Collect

We don’t run a formal click & collect checkout option yet, but we’ve got you covered: add a delivery note on your order requesting in-store pickup, or simply call the shop on 01905 617 436 and ask us to hold your order for collection. Either way, just ask — we’ll sort it.
