The rules of the road for buying from connect2vapes — online and in-store. Non-negotiable, fully compliant, and built to protect both sides of the counter.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern every order placed with connect2vapes, operated by RR Worcester Ltd (“we“, “us“, “our company“), whether placed on connect2vapes.co.uk (the “Website“) or in person at our store. Placing an order — online or in-store — means you accept these Terms in full.
01Who We Are
connect2vapes is a trading name of RR Worcester Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17368082, with registered office at 46 Broad Street, Worcester, England, WR1 3LR. RR Worcester Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.
02Age Restriction — Zero Exceptions
Vaping products are strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to browse, buy, or take delivery of anything we sell, in accordance with the Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015 and the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016.
- By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over.
- We use age-verification checks on the Website before purchase.
- Our delivery couriers and in-store staff may request valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or a PASS-accredited card) and can refuse to hand over an order if age cannot be confirmed.
- We operate a Challenge 25 policy — if you look under 25, we will ask for ID. No ID, no sale. No exceptions, no arguments.
03Products & Descriptions
We do our best to make sure product descriptions, images, nicotine strengths, and stock levels are accurate. Packaging and specifications can change without notice from manufacturers, and occasionally a product image may differ slightly from the item you receive. This does not affect your statutory rights.
04Orders & Acceptance
An order placed through the Website is an offer to buy. No contract exists until we accept your order — this happens when we send an order confirmation or dispatch your goods, whichever is first. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where: the product is out of stock, we spot a pricing error, we cannot verify your age, or we suspect fraud.
05Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£). RR Worcester Ltd is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay — no VAT is added at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover a genuine pricing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before processing — you can then confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Minimum order value is £25, which also qualifies you for free delivery — see our Delivery Policy.
06Delivery
Delivery timeframes, areas, and courier arrangements are set out in full in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Someone at the delivery address may be asked to provide age ID on receipt.
07Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Full detail on returns, exchanges, and refunds is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
08Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us — see Section 12. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 stand regardless of our own returns policy.
09Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, and product photography — belongs to connect2vapes / RR Worcester Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or republish it without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to break its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or our products. Vaping products are used entirely at the purchaser’s own discretion and risk, in line with manufacturer guidance.
11Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of England & Wales.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or how we operate. The version live on the Website at the time you order is the one that applies.
